Create something fascinating: your tasks

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of personnel development and will be the contact person for training topics
You will independently plan, organize, and evaluate internal and external trainings
You will work on personnel development projects independently
You will be the creative mind behind the planning and organization of training measures
You will actively shape training projects, including highlights such as the exciting onboarding week for new trainees
You will dive deep into the world of training management – including research and participation
You will choose from various project proposals and design your own HR project, and you are welcome to contribute your own ideas

Bring your strengths: your qualifications

Studies in the fields of human resources, business administration, business education, social economics, psychology, adult education, or similar
At least 5 months of mandatory internship as part of your studies
Enjoyment and interest in new challenges and working in a team
