Showroom Representative - 20 hours per week - Philadelphia - some evening hours should be expected.

Responsible for managing the WorkLab as an effective sales tool and client experience for the sales region. As first point of contact, creates and ensures positive customer experience working closely with Client and dealer sales teams.


Primary responsibilities would be to ensure space is always showing at its best through ownership of continual maintenance of space, ensuring all supplies are ordered for kitchen to support day to day needs as well as events.

This individual would be primary point of contact for the running of the space.


Responsibilities include:

  • Primary point of contact for building
- receive calls, handle any necessary maintenance/cleaning requests

  • Managing update of existing product and product updates and integrations. Provides product information and assistance to dealer sales personnel and end users, and ability to demonstrate products. Books and administers all visits and office space reservations, catering requests and AV/technology set up and resources.
  • Work with team on event planning and execution (some evening hours may be required)

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Familiarity with Client products/brand preferred
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience preferred.

Up to $22.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
