As a Leasing Admin at Riverwalk Point, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the resident experience at this luxurious oasis in the heart of the city.

From showcasing breathtaking views of the skyline to ensuring seamless lease transactions, your contributions will be essential to our success.


Core responsibilities for this position include:

  • Leasing support
  • Administrative functions
  • Reception
  • Special projects, as required

Here's what your role will entail:

  • Communicates with all leasing staff at all sites to update inventory daily.
  • Updates inventory on the Related Web Site, including deleting and inputting new data.
  • Utilizes telephone inquiry guidelines to capture phone traffic.
  • Knowledge of all buildings in our Roosevelt Island portfolio and their amenities.
  • Obtains preapplicant information and schedules appointments.
  • Enters all prospect details in Salesforce
  • Keeps leasing staff updated as to the status of imminent appointments and comments about apartments.
  • Notifies the Leasing Manager if there are any problems with the web site.
  • Makes leasing appointments for agents and updates salesforce accordingly
  • Answers site phone calls for Riverwalk Crossing and Riverwalk Point. Answers questions and schedules appointments whenever possible.
  • Communicates with the leasing staff at sites regarding any messages for leasing staff, using cell phones, etc.
  • Gives pertinent information to customers, making appointments whenever possible.
  • Sends out broker updates as directed by the leasing staff.
  • Compiles information for lease renewals.
  • Prepares renewal leases at the direction of Leasing Managers.
  • Reviews renewal leases for accuracy.
  • Tour prospective renters as directed by the onsite Leasing manager
  • Prepare lease amendments name changes, occupant changes, lessee changes
  • Special projects, as assigned
  • Respond to and assign rental inquires
  • Maintain and update tenant profiles within our property management database

Compensation:
$60,000 - $65,000+ Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications:

What we're looking for:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with leasing software is a plus.
  • Collective knowledge and experience of leasing/management staff at various levels.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work loads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone presentation skills.
  • Ability and commitment to learn new material quickly and upgrade skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • General leasing experience and knowledge a plus.

Overtime may be requried, you be avialble to work on the weekends
