Our Reservation & Guest-Relation team provides individual and comprehensive care for our guests, from inquiries to their stay and departure.

Additionally, we offer a concierge service to assist our clients with planning and organizing their stay.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Reservation Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Full-time or part-time positions are available.


What to expect:
You will manage all aspects of guest inquiries and bookings, including receiving, advising, recording, processing, and corresponding with guests.


You will ensure a customer-oriented guest service and act as the central point of contact for all guest requests before, during, and after their stay in our apartments.

You will also handle special requests from our clients, guests, and landlords, and coordinate and supervise our service providers.


Requirements:

What we expect:
Enjoyment of working with people and a friendly demeanor on the phone.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate employees and service providers.

Enthusiasm and interest in our clients and our industry.

Completed education or degree.

Preferably experience in upscale hospitality and/or working with VIPs.

A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and discretion are a must.

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.


Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, as well as occasional on-call duties on weekends or holidays.

Proficient in MS Office programs, experience
