• Work preparation, construction schedule planning, construction management, subcontractor coordination


• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality


• Change management, measurement and billing


• Management and coordination of construction site personnel


• Monitoring of occupational safety and environmental regulations


• Contact person for clients

Profile:


• Completed degree in civil engineering or further training as a technician


• Industry knowledge and several years of professional experience as a construction manager


• Independent and responsible way of working


• Good knowledge of the VOB and general construction law


• Good IT skills


• Driver's license
