Homes are learning psychotherapeutic facilities that offer support for children and adolescents with significant academic and social deficits to reintegrate into society.

We are currently seeking a dedicated educator / social worker (m/f/d) in part-time (35 hours/week) for our semi-residential children and youth welfare facility in Berlin-Pankow.

The position involves afternoon care and support for children and adolescents in the areas of learning and leisure, with the goal of promoting academic and social reintegration.

Responsibilities include:
working with children/adolescents according to our learning psychotherapeutic concept, documentation, team meetings and reflections, parent work, organizing and leading leisure activities in small groups, planning and executing holiday trips, and collaborating with other professionals

Requirements:

a recognized degree in education or social work, the ability to implement a holistic concept, commitment and resilience, creativity and perseverance, curiosity and enthusiasm for an exceptional work field, willingness to work flexible hours, and a valid driver's license.
