    I am currently seeking a structural design engineer with 2 to 10 years of bridge/structural experience to join our Structural Engineering department and assist with the delivery of transportation and structures projects throughout Illinois and Indiana. The role will blend technical expertise with project management to a level commensurate to the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, and motivation. The successful candidate shall be experienced in bridge/structural engineering following IDOT/INDOT standard requirements and have the leadership and organizational skills necessary to lead and manage a team of engineers on various types of dynamic transportation and structures projects. Typical Duties:
    • Design of structural elements and contract document preparation (plans, specifications, estimates)
    • Management of project budget and schedule.
    • Ability to design projects from preliminary planning through final engineering.
    • Coordination and communication with clients, sub-consultants, and project team members.
    • Quality review of work products.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in bridge/structural engineering.
    • MicroStation capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • EIT.
    • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
