Project Manager for Restoration and Reconstruction (m/f/d) to join our team in
Herrenberg

Your responsibilities:

Work in Herrenberg and surrounding areas
First point of contact for restoration and reconstruction projects
Damage assessment, documentation, and measurement
Calculation and preparation of offers for restoration work based on detailed performance specifications
Planning, organization, and coordination of restoration work and trades
Supervision and monitoring of the restoration process, as well as managing restoration employees and subcontractors
Organization and conducting of meetings and project inspections
Reviewing and approving offers and invoices from subcontract
