Introduction:

To expand our project team for the management of properties in the northern region of Germany, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as

Tasks:

Cooling technical management of industrial and office buildings
Maintenance and repair of air conditioning units (split / VRF), chillers, and commercial refrigeration systems
Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operational processes
Creation and documentation of daily work performance using mobile devices

Your profile:

Training in the field of cooling technology, for example as a refrigeration systems mechanic / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology or equivalent
Ideally with several years of professional experience as a service technician in cooling technology and in the maintenance of chillers, including in the area of >Apply nowkW cooling capacity with a certificate of expertise according to § 5 ChemKlimaschutzVO category 1, but applicants with further training ambitions are also welcome
Service-oriented attitude, independent work style, and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of German and a valid driver's license
