Business Ops Project ManagerResponsibilities:
- Supports the execution of strategic plans for the improvement and optimization of business processes and capabilities across the organization.
- Lead process to identify, define & prioritize business requirements.
- Own Business Project Cycle from inception to close:
- Capture business needs and submit enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with Finance and other teams to size projects (return/investment).
- Tracking IT development and support as required.
- Identify risks/mitigation plans throughout Project Cycle.
- Influence project schedule and manage stakeholders' expectations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Hand off project to Business SME after IT development & release.
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure that processes and capabilities are integrated seamlessly into the broader organization.
- Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
- Utilizes data analytics and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
- Represent team in short
- Tracks performance metrics and KPIs for processes and capabilities and provides insights for improvement.
- Ensures that all processes and capabilities are aligned with the strategic objectives and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence (e.g. Leading IT Projects)
- 47 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 35 years of work experience.
- Project management related certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of eCommerce business fundamentals and eCommerce infrastructures.
- Experience with Project/Program management practices, processes, and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with product management, systems integrations, and project prioritization.
- Analytical thinking, ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams.
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
- Ability to lead group of individuals, influence, and drive consensus.
