Your tasks:

As a representative in the Bachelor's program in Taxation and Auditing at Arkansas City, you will primarily cover the areas of taxation and accounting in teaching and applied research.

You will hold classes in both German and English and support us in collaborations with foreign universities (e.g. International Tax Week).

You will actively contribute to the development of teaching and research areas, design study content with a future-oriented approach, and be willing to take on responsibilities in self-administration.

Additionally, you may also be required to teach in other programs at the university.


Your profile:

You have a completed degree in economics or law, preferably with a focus on business taxation or tax law, and a relevant and qualified completed doctorate.

You are professionally qualified through several years of work experience in a tax consulting/auditing firm or in a company, organization/institution, or government agency with relevant expertise in tax law and accounting.

You are actively engaged in dialogue between academia and the professional community. You have extensive experience in teaching and preferably hold a relevant professional exam (e.g. tax consultant, auditor). You possess strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills, as well as a willingness to continuously develop personally and professionally.

It is desirable that you also conduct application-oriented research and have a track record of publications, contribute to expanding the network within the professional community, and are open to implementing digitalization developments in teaching.
