Key Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
- Provide clients with relevant and accurate information on products and services.
- Research and resolve general service, billing, and support questions.
- Follow up with clients via outbound calls to provide support and additional information.
- Adhere to schedules and manage time effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly personal/ team performance goals.
- Collaborate with all departments in the company to ensure client success.
- Complete company and department assigned training.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the position are listed as the following,
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Contact center experience preferred.
Education:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
