Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for client approval
  • Develop detailed plans and 3D renderings using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design concept
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
  • Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proven experience in interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), 3ds Max, Revit, Bluebeam, and other design tools
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, and space planning
  • Experience with project management and contract negotiation
  • Familiarity with renovation and remodeling processes

$78, $84,543.00 per year
