A renowned healthcare system in Boston is searching for Registered Nurses for its outpatient Hematology, Oncology, and Infusion Clinic.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize all steps of the nursing process in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Administer injections and infusions as directed by the MD.
  • Assist with telephone triage from patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care at home.
  • Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:


  • A BSN is required within 4 years of employment.
  • Active RN License
  • 1+ years of hematology/oncology experience.

Additional info:


  • Permanent position, 2440 hours/week
  • Hours: 8a430p
  • Pay:
$35-76/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
