    **Description**

    The Customer Experience Representative acts as a liaison between NFIB members and the rest of the organization. Responsibilities include contacting new and existing NFIB members utilizing a variety of call content designed to enhance our members experience and create member engagement. CX representatives foster exceptional customer service and member retention through in-depth knowledge of company programs, products, and procedures. Perform additional member-focus duties, such as reports, member verification, email communication, and internal support of member issues from various departmental areas.

    **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

    Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required

    Polished speaking ability

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Resourceful with internet search tools, and possesses the ability to research inquiries, source information, and provide appropriate responses

    Experience using CRM software

    Accurate proofreading and excellent business writing skills are a must

    Strong organizational skills

    Prolonged periods of telephone use are required

    Customer service experience in a telephone environment making outbound phone calls for a membership-based organization a plus

    High School diploma or equivalent
