Proclinical is partnering with a leading medical technology and devices organization to recruit a Sales Specialist LC-MS for their team in Villa Park, CA.

This is a permanent position focused on improving the health and well-being of others.

Responsibilities:

Respond to URS and RFPs by preparing quotes and other necessary documentation.
Negotiate prices with customers and their purchasing departments.
Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as instrument sales, chemistry sales, and informatics.
Maintain the compassCRM system with uptodate customer and project data.
Identify customer business issues and provide solutions while promoting the company's instrument portfolio.
Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience with solution selling, preferably in high resolution MS.
Familiarity with laboratory settings and knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry software.
Previous experience in a relevant field or industry.
Customeroriented with strong listening skills.
Ability to understand complex technical issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
Proficient in computer skills.
Fluent in English and German.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
May be required to disclose criminal convictions, as some customers work in sensitive and confidential government areas.
