We are seeking a TEMPORARY Manager, Programmatic to support one of our largest clients. The project duration is from mid-May to early October 2024 approximately 40 hours per week. You will be reporting to the Senior Director, Display.

In this role you will be accountable for all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of our client's online campaigns.

This is a remote position but must be willing to work east coast hours.


You will:

  • Work with senior team members to set digital program planning and negotiation strategies
  • Write front end (digital strategies and objectives) of plans and present in collaboration with traditional planning team to client
  • Participate in and lead digital media initiatives
  • Oversee plan negotiations
  • Act as a final resource for all inventory, billing and invoice discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain timelines for all projects
  • Ensure key information is being provided to the team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
  • Develop media presentation materials that are clear, compelling and persuasive
  • Support campaign setup, QA, activation in platform.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience planning/activating digital campaigns in an agency setting
  • In platform programmatic experience. The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, etc.
  • Proven leadership ability experience managing a team of planners & supervisors
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media
  • Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $25 - $45 per hour.

Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

TEMP employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to safe and sick time.
