Description:

As a modern and nationally operating service provider in facility management, we are looking for a foreman for technical building services (m/f/d) for our properties in Leipzig and surrounding areas as soon as possible for 40 hours/week.

Your tasks:

Technical and organizational management of properties (maintenance, building technology, fire protection, construction measures)
Processing of technical and structural issues, such as maintenance and implementation of necessary measures
Coordination, monitoring and control of technical systems
Contact person for external service providers and craftsmen
Management of maintenance contracts

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an electrician, gaswater installer, HVAC technician or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the areas of facility management, building technology, maintenance of commercial properties
Comprehensive knowledge in the field of plant technology, electrical and refrigeration technology
Driver's license class B/BE
Reliability, high level of quality awareness
Very good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, independent and goaloriented work style
Operational personality, serviceoriented
