Description
Earth's Healing is hiring Budtenders Come join one of the happiest teams in Tucson

Detailed knowledge of cannabis/strains/products extremely helpful. Resumes accepted immediately for consideration. Must have full availability to work days, nights and weekends.

  • Complete high volume transactions with accuracy and a smile
  • Advise customers on product distinctions
  • Build online orders and perform retail transactions
  • Assist in Greeter duties as needed
  • Access patient records with confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High volume retail or dispensary experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check (per state requirements)
  • At least 21 years of age (per state requirements)
  • Possess/able to possess Arizona ID or US passport (for Facility Agent card)
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Effectively use Internet/technologies for communication and timekeeping
  • Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks
  • Ability to help patients select strains
  • Able to perform high volume transactions accurately
