You will support people with disabilities and complex support needs, particularly in the area of nursing.

You will work together with the residents to shape their daily lives and promote their individual and self-determined way of living.

You will be responsible for carrying out and documenting nursing and educational measures. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing an individual support and development plan that includes nursing needs.
