Program Controls Organization Financial Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Serve as a program control analyst providing contract finan cia l management services for multiple contracts in a client account.
Work as part of a program management office with internal clients and infrastructure departments to analyze the resolution of finan cia l, contractual, and administrative issues.
Prepare monthly finan cia l status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. Provide risk mitigation, manage reserves, and assist with analyzing business orbudget
planning and finan cia l analyses.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with program and project finan cia l management or contracting environments
Experience with government contracting
Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using Micro sof t Excel formulas and their effective use in a finan cia l tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
Ability to identify, research, and solve finan cia l problems
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with progressive government contract finan cia l management
Experience with cost estimating or finan cia l management for professional services in a DoD environment, including IDIQ professional services at task order level with multiple subcontractors
Experience applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Micro sof t Excel
Knowledge of GAAP
Ability to accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends, and identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and finan cia l issues with a team effectively
Ability to learn and teach fundamentals
related
to the support of program management activities
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, resp ond
to directed assignments, thi nk
analytically, and comprehend the finan cia l implications of the business
Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
