    Salary Range: $25.00 Hourly

    Job Description:


    Are you ready to be a part of our dynamic team at HGC Industries? As the Human Resource Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our HR department, handling various administrative tasks to support our employees and company mission. Join us in promoting a culture focused on ownership, quality, collaboration, and integrity.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in day-to-day HR operations
    • Maintain employee data in HRIS
    • Support payroll functions
    • Plan and coordinate employee events
    • Manage employee onboarding and terminations
    • Ensure HR compliance
    • Participate in HR initiatives
    • Liaise with employees and managers

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Knowledge of HR compliance laws
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Effective relationship-building skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of HR experience
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Experience with HRIS systems a plus
