- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for NGL products and natural gas, enhancing product reach and profitability.
- Coordinate the transportation logistics of NGLs via pipeline and truck to meet operational needs and customer commitments.
- Oversee and manage inventory levels at processing plants to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Optimize financial performance by managing plant outputs, product recoveries, and minimizing imbalances at various stages of the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, and Accounting to align strategies and optimize overall business performance.
- Maintain robust analytical frameworks to support strategic decisions and report on market dynamics and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, focusing on safety and ethical business practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the crude, natural gas, or NGL industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and data analysis with a strong ability to present and leverage market insights.
- Strong command of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Capacity to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic, competitive environment.
