The East Fairview Life Assistance Association is an organization for people with disabilities (with a focus on intellectual disabilities). It is organized as a non-profit association and was founded in 1964. We support approximately disabled or at-risk individuals from the East Fairview-Kaufbeuren region, as well as their families. The association has nearly 725 members and employs a total of approximately 820 permanent employees (including the subsidiary Wertachtal-Werkstätten gGmbH).

Desired staff member - for our residents at the Luxdorfer Weg residential home in Kaufbeuren, we are looking for a

Care specialist (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours)

Counseling, guidance, and support for unique residents in all everyday situations
Promotion of our residents' individual development
Strengthening of self-responsibility through appropriate measures and support for independent living
Hygienic care and basic nursing measures
Organization of needs-based group activities
