We are looking for an overly helpful, outgoing Shift Manager to join our team. This individuals competence and energy will be adopted by customers and coworkers. The Shift Manager will be accountable for customer service and operation.
**Job Description**
**Customer service**
Meet and greet customers at the front desk with an inviting smile and positive energy
Support climbers in their development with accountability calls, texts, and emails
Learn names, ask and answer questions, and introduce customers to each other
Resolve customer concerns with a friendly demeanor
**Operation**
Meticulously ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and restocking
Process transactions, gear rentals, and memberships
Stay informed with promos, programs, and events
Boldly ensure gym safety rules are followed
**Additional skills**
Able to create a motivated, enjoyable, safe clean atmosphere
Unafraid to tell someone theyre not being safe
Reliable, tough skin tender heart, hard-working
Can build personal connections with people
Self-sufficient, can figure things out
Sales-oriented with sales expertise
