Job Summary
We are currently looking for a candidate to work overnight at Planet Fitness located at 9341 Kingston Pike in Cedar Bluff . The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and locker room areas.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
• Thoroughly vacuum and mop assigned areas of gym floor.
• Essentially "reset" the gym for the next business day.
• Assist members at the front desk with amenities, merchandise sales, and general inquiries.
• Answer phone calls according to Planet Fitness guidelines.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Experience working third shift is preferred but not required.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 80 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
