With a wide range of accessories available, drivers have the opportunity to customize their car to their individual needs and lifestyle.

In addition to the printed catalogues provided at the time of purchase, many drivers also utilize the online shop to find suitable products.

However, not all of the information on the website may meet their specific requirements - and this is where you come in.

As a customer service representative, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with:

  • Finding the right parts for their specific car model
  • Checking availability of colors and sizes for parts
  • Providing information on software solutions and updates
  • Informing customers about seasonal offers
  • Ensuring safety aspects and product tests, such as for child seats, are met
  • Advising on road traffic regulations in other countries, such as the use of snow chains or pet transport boxes
  • Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
Do you have what it takes to excel in this role? We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Strong customer orientation
  • Interest in working in a customer service/support environment
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Flexibility to work varying hours/shifts
  • Fluency in either Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian, or Dutch
