Turner Industries Group is looking for
General Laborers in the Greenwood, SC area.

Duties will include, but not be limited to material handling, housekeeping, manual lifting, and grounds maintenance. Employee will be required to participate in safety inspections in support of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) preparation.

Must be willing to work overtime when required
Must be able to pass drug screen

Functional Requirements:

Employee may perform one or more of the following duties: digs, spreads and levels dirt and gravel; lifts, carries and holds building materials, tools and supplies; cleans tools, equipment, materials and work areas; mixes, spreads or pours concrete, asphalt, gravel or other materials; joins, wraps and seals sections of pipe; performs a variety of non-machine tasks, such as removing forms from set concrete, filling expansion joints with asphalt, placing culvert sections in trench, etc.; spends time on one job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion.

Qualification Standards:

Written preemployment qualification test
Postoffer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
Pass background check

Physical Involvement:

Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.

above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds structures, etc.; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 100 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.
