Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to help build a high quality installation team in Austin and surrounding areas. We deal with high end window and door installations while giving high attention to detail and craftsmanship.


Duties:

• Perform installation tasks of window and door assemblies.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure proper installation of products.
• Light frame carpentry and leveling of openings, with some light metal fabrication.
• Read window schedules and order forms to ensure proper size and placement of products.
• Execute trim carpentry work with precision.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installation work, preferably in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement. On the job training is provided
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Ability to lift heavy objects between 50lbs. 100lbs.
• Ability to read, add, and subtract measurements from a tape measure.
• Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail.
