Administrative Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and serve as the first contact for customers, both in person and by phone.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage customer flow
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Efficiently manage phone calls, schedule appointments
  • Manage Rental/Return Process
  • Process payments
  • Assist the service advisors and service manager with various projects

Requirements:


  • At least one year of relevant administrative experience
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Professional demeanor; exceptional communicator
  • Selfstarter, motivated and successdriven
  • Confident, positive and highenergy presence
