This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and serve as the first contact for customers, both in person and by phone.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage customer flow
- Meet and greet customers
- Efficiently manage phone calls, schedule appointments
- Manage Rental/Return Process
- Process payments
- Assist the service advisors and service manager with various projects
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant administrative experience
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Professional demeanor; exceptional communicator
- Selfstarter, motivated and successdriven
- Confident, positive and highenergy presence
