Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Assist with personal assistant tasks for office executives
- Transcribe documents as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong clerical skills including data entry and filing
- Front desk experience handling incoming calls and visitors
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately
- Excellent organizational skills for calendar management

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
