Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Assist with personal assistant tasks for office executives
  • Transcribe documents as needed
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong clerical skills including data entry and filing
  • Front desk experience handling incoming calls and visitors
  • Ability to transcribe documents accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills for calendar management
