Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assembling and wiring industrial control panels, electro-mechanical subassemblies, and major assemblies.
  • Reading and interpreting complex schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Building control panels according to layouts and specifications, ensuring adherence to UL 508A standards.
  • Testing and inspecting completed panels for functionality and quality.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and safetyfocused environment.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 35 years of experience building electrical panels, electrical installations, or similar roles involving wiring, assembly, and testing.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical principles and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of UL 508A standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • The ability to identify electrical components by name and function.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take direction.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • The ability to lift 35 lbs.
