    Job DescriptionResponsibilities and DutiesDevelop positive working relationships with clientsApproach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needsDeliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approvedCommunicate with Insurance Adjusters about the life cycle of each claimExplain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchasesAssist with obtaining underwriting approvalRespond to clients' questions and complaintsFollow up with clients after initial meetings or conversationsParticipate in continuing education programs in both insurance and salesQualifications and SkillsEntry Level experience in insurance salesWilling to obtain 2-15 license within the required timeStrong written and verbal communication skillsPleasant telephone mannerAbility to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand them fullyTransportation requiredMust be able to pass background screening
