Your Role:

We're on the lookout for experienced caregivers/CNAs to fulfill overnight and day time shifts. Our caregivers are punctual, communicate well, and are filled with joy.

We are a young and growing agency that has had to turn down clients because we didn't have enough caregivers to cover shifts.

You might already have some other shifts you cover, but want some career options. You want to explore what's out there because you want to take your career to the next level. Your Day-to-Day:

• Monitor the client to make sure they are well cared for.
• Assist clients with personal care think showers, dressing, and oral care.
• Aid with mobility from beds to walks to wheelchairs.
• Be there for medication reminders.
• Assist with meals and sometimes, be their dining buddy.
• Observe and report any changes because you care.
• Document your day, in line with our warm policies.

Essentials You'd Bring:

• A knack for following directions and an ability to be present with your clients.
• An understanding heart that can handle the ebb and flow of care work.
• A clean background check and a reliable ride.

Are you Qualified?

• Active participation and movement.
• Being a standup person, literally
• Lifting? No biggie, up to 35 lbs for you.
• Bending, lifting, and standing you've got the moves.

Do you have experience in assisted living, ADLs, patient care, nursing home, working with people with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, direct support, senior care, and hospice care?
