To further improve our service and establish stable structures for the successful development of our company, we are looking for a full-time (Senior) System Administrator Helpdesk and Managed Services (m/f/d) to join our team at Brant Lake South as soon as possible.

Your role in our team:

  • 1st and 2nd level support (acceptance, qualification, and processing of service cases)
  • Technical support for customers in their system environment
  • Clear explanation of technical connections
  • Management of managed services through cloud-based system management solutions
  • Provision of services via telephone, remote access, and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintenance of network documentation
  • Setup and customization in local, hybrid, and cloud system environments
  • Installation, updates, and configuration of software solutions
