Description
Answering phone calls and taking messages- Scheduling meetings
- Editing and compiling various necessary documents for construction administration at the architects' requests
- Maintaining uptodate documentation of office expenditures as well as invoices sent and received
- Purchasing necessary office supplies/running errands
- Copying and filing documents both in print and electronically
- Photo editing
- Contributing to the efficiency of office workflow and facilitation of information between the front desk and the architects
- 2 years administrative assitant experience required
Required Skills:
- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of uploading and formatting photographs for architectural reports
Required Work Experience:
- Administrative Assistant or similar, 2 years
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
