Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at Transwall. In this role, you will streamline the order assignment process, reduce lead times, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments
- Work closely with Logistics, Estimating, and Project Management
- Collect necessary details and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team
Process Improvement:
Create and maintain organized files, continuously assess and refine the order assignment process, aiming to enhance efficiency and shorten lead times.
Documentation Compliance:
Ensure all orders meet company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support or similar roles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
