How You'll Make a Difference:
As a Cook at Northfield Retirement Community, your responsibilities include cooking breakfast, preparing meals for residents, and assisting in kitchen organization. After breakfast, you'll transition into a lead server role, ensuring residents have a positive dining experience. We seek individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and eager to impact the lives of others positively. If you enjoy connecting with residents and enhancing their dining experience, we want to hear from you.

Flexible Schedule: Full-time and Part-time positions are open with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role involves working alternate weekends and holiday shifts.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cooking and cleaning preferred; training will be provided
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds for assisting with deliveries
Adaptable, dependable, and capable of working autonomously
Commitment to maintaining a tidy appearance and adherence to cleanliness standards
