- Basic design and calculations to support site grading, drainage analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities and paving improvements
- Development of construction plans, specifications, and Opinions of Probable Costs
- Visiting construction sites to observe progress and conformance to plans and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required, with eligibility for professional engineering licensure
- Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam preferred
- Newly graduated with excitement to learn, prior experience is not necessary but preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D software
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with ArcGIS, FlowMaster is desirable
- Previous civil engineering design experience is desirable
