Your responsibilities?

  • Operating our workshop counter for parts and accessories
  • Assisting and advising customers on accessories, original parts, materials used, and services offered, including independent invoice creation
  • Properly receiving and storing vehicles and parts
  • Complete processing of returns, exchange parts, and returns
  • Ensuring an adequate stock of spare parts in the parts department
  • Inventory activities in the parts department
  • Opportunity for deputy parts department manager (m/f/d)

What you bring?

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), warehouse worker (m/f/d), specialist warehouse worker (m/f/d), or commercial/technical training with relevant work experience
  • Experience in an auto dealership preferred
  • Basic understanding of cars preferred
  • Commercial understanding
  • Customer orientation
  • Organized work style
