Radiology Interventional Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is FT and will work 10-hour, Day shifts.

Under general supervision the Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist assists Cardiologists and Radiologists in the performance of interventional angiographic and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients by imaging, monitoring, or scrub assisting for these physicians while maintaining a safe quality patient environment. Is proficient in required competencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Formal training in radiology procedures., Or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Participation in continuing education program.
• 2 years experience in a special procedures or Cardiovascular Lab.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
