We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative (m/f) for our Mobile Security division.


As a Sales Support Representative (m/f) for Mobile Security, you will be a central point of contact for our customers within the company.

You will support the field sales team in daily customer care and ensure smooth operations in the sales support department.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing professional and competent advice and support to our customers in the sales support department
  • Collaborating with the field sales team in daily operations
  • Creating customized offers tailored to customer needs
  • Processing orders for Mobile Security products
  • Actively promoting products to retailers through phone sales
  • Participating in national trade fairs and customer events
  • Creating presentations and statistics
  • Independently contributing to sales projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and experience in customer service
