Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Assistant Account Executive to join our team on-site at our Headquarters in Little Neck, NY.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Vendor Central preferred, particularly with item setup templates
• Intermediate experience with Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
• Analytical skills

Position Description:
Item Setups

• Manage the full Amazon item setup process, including filling out and uploading setup sheets, uploading imagery and site merchandising, and setting styles up for drop ship
• Communicate catalog updates to Amazon team

Order Management

• Confirm orders in Vendor Central and E. Gluck system
• Monitor and report daily PO's and replenishment reports as received
• Track order shipments

Amazon EU

• Set up products for Amazon EU using information from the Amazon US catalog as needed
• Gather and upload compliance documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills
