    Customer Service / Support
    Description

    Job Description

    • Engage with customers via both incoming and outgoing calls to assist with sales inquiries.
    • Create quotations based on customer requirements and preferences.
    • Follow up with customers to address any discrepancies throughout the sales, construction, and delivery process.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and understand customer needs and requests.
    • Offer suitable product recommendations to customers.
    • Generate price quotes for customers and sales team members.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline pricing, quoting, ordering, and production procedures.
    • Communicate with customers to clarify any misunderstandings.
    • Provide customers with regular updates on their orders.
    • Determine the necessary specialty materials for product manufacturing.
    • Seek advice from Operations Manager and Engineering when necessary.
    • Work closely with administrative and sales support staff to ensure prompt freight quotes and accurate pricing.
    • Interpret CAD drawings accurately.
    • Discuss specifications with Engineering and Design departments as required.
    • Perform any other tasks as delegated.
