- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in place of formal education will be considered.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in an operations, construction, or design role for water and wastewater treatment facilities projects.
