Responsibilities:

Set and communicate team priorities aligning with organization goals. Ensure strategy alignment, streamline processes, and decision-making across teams.
Establish clear expectations tailored to individual levels and roles in alignment with organizational objectives. Regularly engage with team members to discuss performance, development, and offer feedback and coaching.
Develop a midterm technical vision and roadmap for the team(s) within scope, adapting it to meet future infrastructure needs.
Guide system designs, write development code to address challenges, and review code by other engineers to provide feedback and ensure best practices adherence.
