Responsibilities:
  • Set and communicate team priorities aligning with organization goals. Ensure strategy alignment, streamline processes, and decision-making across teams.
  • Establish clear expectations tailored to individual levels and roles in alignment with organizational objectives. Regularly engage with team members to discuss performance, development, and offer feedback and coaching.
  • Develop a midterm technical vision and roadmap for the team(s) within scope, adapting it to meet future infrastructure needs.
  • Guide system designs, write development code to address challenges, and review code by other engineers to provide feedback and ensure best practices adherence.
