- Partners with human resources business partners to identify business challenges and implement tailored learning programs and team interventions.
- Manages learning management system, overseeing administration, course approvals, and service delivery coordination.
- Establishes and analyzes workforce analytics for learning development and engagement challenges.
- Collates feedback and reports key performance indicators for program success.
- Facilitates executive-level learning interventions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of learning and development experience.
- Prior experience in managing learning and development programs and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human capital management talent systems.
