Our
Sales and Marketing Analyst plays an important role supporting the organization by accessing and interpreting reports from our data warehouse, while also initiating proactive, data-driven solutions based on analysis for organizational improvement.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Hybrid (ability to work remotely a few days each week once trained)

What You'll Do:

Prepare and automate reports with high attention to data accuracy; Some of the reports include marketing ROI tracking, salestogoal tracking, monthly bonusbased compensation, and incentive tracking. Product Analysis aid in the reporting and measurement of the effectiveness of product performance.
Crossfunctionally partner with the marketing and operations team to keep pricing current, maintain grossmargins and make recommendations on itemlevel pricing for future price increases.
Support sales and marketing with targeted customer lists; setting up campaign/offer tracking, identifying trends in promotional data to optimize future campaigns and performing special adhoc analysis for a greater understanding of specific business questions.
Aid in the design of corporate data structures to allow for better reporting

Skills and Experience:

B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Business highly Preferred
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong Excel Skills
Cognos knowledge a plus
