Job Summary

Position: IT Onsite Support Specialist

Location: Cerritos, California

Position Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance- Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is Freelance work: You will work independently and get paid based on the tasks you perform, like installing a router for a customer.
Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to customer queries via email.
Manage Desktops, Laptops, Printers & Peripherals, including installations.
Handle IT asset installations, moves, additions, or changes.
Manage hardware and software on devices.
Offer L2 support for Business applications.
Troubleshoot and install desktop/laptop OS.
Automate regular desktop/laptop management tasks.
Understand the ITIL process.
Have hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.

Visa Requirement:

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without needing Visa Sponsorship.
