Job summary
We are seeking an energetic and growth-minded Senior Catering Director for a $3 million premiere catering department at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.Catering events include drop offs, buffets, delivery and clears, plated events,
and fine dining. This position must be a self-motivated go-getter,
who is responsible for building relationships and client communication.
This position must know catering operations from start to finish,
including but not limited to execution of events,BEO's managing the P&L,and looking for cost
and labor efficiencies.
